Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders placed within Australia, or FREE for orders over $74.95. All orders are generally processed within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive unless you have purchased Express Post at the checkout, which costs $14.95.
We send all parcels via standard Australia Post (tracked) unless Express Post has been purchased at the check out. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Mon Ami Pink. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email info@monamipink.com.au
Returns
I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
The uttermost care is taken when wrapping orders for posting. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact info@monamipink.com.au including a description of the damage and photographic evidence as soon as possible. The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the product or if appropriate, a refund with be given within 48 hours. If the product is returned in an unused condition we will happily replace the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind. If the product you have chosen is not to your liking, we will happily exchange your purchase with another. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not available on items purchased on sale.
Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email: info@monamipink.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
In order to successfully exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:
- Email: info@monamipink.com.au with your purchase number, and alternative product you would like to receive.
- The original order must be returned in unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense. If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
- Mon Ami Pink will send out the exchange product with free shipping.
